How to choose modules that work together
CheckThis is modular: you take what your business needs. A few modules always come as a pair because one runs on the other. Most work alone and connect by themselves when you add the other later.

Steps
Start with what every package has
Receivables (quotes, invoices, receipts, APOPS Pay and APOPS-SEND), Payables, Procurement & suppliers and the Field app are in every package.
Know the pairs that always go together
APOPS POS needs Stock management, because the till sells from your stock list and updates it. Sales & employees (commissions) needs People & recruitment. Attendance is part of People & recruitment, Petty cash part of Payables and Stock counts part of Procurement. Switching one on brings its partner with it.
Add the separable modules your business needs
These work alone and connect when you have both: APOPS POS works with cash, card and typed M-Pesa codes on day one, and M-Pesa prompts and self-service are added when APOPS Pay is set up. Stock links to Procurement (deliveries from goods received notes, reorders become requisitions) and to Work orders (parts issued to a job). Fleet links to Work orders by reference. Work orders and Procurement pay through APOPS-SEND. Petty cash works with cash alone and pays out by M-Pesa or bank once APOPS-SEND is used. Policies & templates use the Document library.
Or start with one stand-alone module
If one problem matters most, start there: APOPS-SEND alone for approved payouts to suppliers, staff and contractors, APOPS Pay alone for collecting M-Pesa and card payments, or Fleet, Compliance or Enquiries on their own. Hide the rest of the menu until you need it.
Match the modules to your business
A shop or pharmacy: Stock management and APOPS POS. A hardware or wholesaler: add Procurement for suppliers and reorders. A service company: Work orders and the Field app, with Stock for parts. A transport business or SACCO: Fleet management. Growing teams: People & recruitment and Attendance.
Keep each person's menu focused
Partners keep working together even when you hide one from some people: hide Stock from cashiers and APOPS POS from storekeepers with Customise for staff > Show only.
Tips
- Every module is included during the one-month trial, so you can try the pairs before you choose a package.
