CheckThis is modular: you take what your business needs today and add more as you grow. A few modules always come as a pair because one runs on the other. Most work on their own and connect by themselves when you add their partner later.
Inseparable: always together
- APOPS POS comes with Stock management: the till sells from your stock list and updates it
- Sales & employees (commissions) comes with People & recruitment
- Attendance, leave & timesheets is part of People & recruitment
- Petty cash is part of Payables; stock counts are part of Procurement
- Switching one on brings its partner, and you can still hide the partner from people who do not use it
Separable: each works alone, better together
- APOPS POS works with cash, card and typed M-Pesa codes on day one; add M-Pesa prompts (APOPS Pay) when you are ready
- Stock management links to Procurement: deliveries come in from goods received notes, reorders become requisitions
- Stock and Work orders: parts issued to a job are recorded against it
- Fleet management links to Work orders by reference
- Work orders and Procurement pay technicians and suppliers through APOPS-SEND with approval

Receivables (quotes, invoices, receipts, APOPS Pay and APOPS-SEND), Payables, Procurement & suppliers, the Field app and Compliance are in every package. Packages differ in how many other modules you add: Standard 7, Premium 10, Advanced 15, MAX all, and the one-month trial gives everything.

Questions
Can I use APOPS POS without APOPS Pay?
Yes. The till takes cash, card and M-Pesa codes typed from the customer's message without any M-Pesa connection. Connect your Paybill or Till in APOPS Pay when you want the till to send M-Pesa prompts or to run self-service.
Can I use only APOPS-SEND to pay suppliers and staff?
Yes. APOPS-SEND comes with every company. If paying people safely is your only problem, use it alone: one person prepares the payout, another approves it with an authenticator code, and it counts as paid only when the M-Pesa or bank confirmation is recorded. The Super User can hide everything else from the menu.
Does Petty cash need APOPS-SEND?
No. Petty cash works with cash on its own: requests, approvals, receipts and top-ups. Add APOPS-SEND when you want approved requests paid out by M-Pesa or bank instead of cash.
Can I take Stock management without the till?
Yes. Stock management works on its own for stores, deliveries, issues, transfers and counts. Add APOPS POS later and it sells from the same stock.
Can a cashier see the till without seeing stock?
Yes. The Super User can show each role or person only their own pages, for example only APOPS POS for cashiers and only Stock management for storekeepers. The two modules keep working together.
